We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and government guidelines on the current COVID-19 outbreak. We are writing to let our customers know that we take this matter very seriously and are doing all that is necessary to maintain the well-being of our customers and our employees. We are fully committed to ensuring your safety.
We are following the CDC recommendations for protecting our employees as well as our customers. These recommendations include, but not limited to, limiting exposure to sick individuals, frequent and thorough hand washing, knowing the signs and symptoms of COVID-19, limiting attendance at larger gatherings, disinfect surfaces like doorknobs, and more. We will be taking extra precautions to keep our customers and employees safe. We will be using face masks, when deemed necessary, and disposable gloves when conducting the services to help minimize exposure. We are performing a more thorough and extensive cleaning after each service to our equipment’s and supplies. We have supplied our employees with sanitizing wipes to clean hands, cells phones, tablets, steering wheels and other equipment that they frequently use. If necessary, we will execute paperwork (invoices, service agreements, receipts, etc..) and payments remotely to reduce the risk of exposure.
We have not experienced any issues at Ideal Pest Control Inc at this time, but we would like you to know that we are fully prepared to activate a mandatory 14-day quarantine for any employee who exhibits symptoms or is diagnosed with COVID-19.
At this time, there are no changes to our current operation as we feel our services are being conducted in a safe and preventive manner. All of our accounts will be continued to be serviced on the scheduled dates.
